Meet Your Trainer

Welcome to my world of fitness and well-being! I’m Karim Tamim, a blend of Swiss and Moroccan heritage, fluent in Dutch, English, and French. Born in Switzerland and raised in The Hague, I’ve always been passionate about sports and fitness.

As a former professional handball player who competed in the top Dutch division, the Champions League qualifications and proudly represented Switzerland in the U17 national team, I understand the discipline and dedication required to achieve excellence. This experience has deeply influenced my approach to personal training.

My Fitness Philosophy & Expertise

After years of teaching French and immersing myself in various sports – from skiing in the Alps to handball courts – I realized that my true calling was in fitness and training. I’m an ISSA-certified personal trainer, a knowledgeable nutrition coach, and a skilled strength & conditioning coach. What excites me the most is guiding others through their fitness journeys, in English, French, Dutch, and even a bit of Swiss German.

My clients know me as someone who balances laughter and seriousness perfectly. It’s essential to enjoy the process while maintaining a focused approach to achieve results. I firmly believe in the power of positivity and strive to have a meaningful impact on people’s lives.

Embracing The Journey

To stay in shape, I engage in a diverse workout regime, from bodybuilding and powerlifting to HIIT. This not only fuels my passion but also allows me to indulge in my guilty pleasures – Swiss chocolate, ice cream, and cookies!

Remember, “Fitness is a journey. Aim for progress, not perfection!” Let’s embark on this journey together, leaving behind excuses and embracing hard work with a smile. I’m here to support you every step of the way towards reaching new heights in your fitness goals.
